About Kit
Kitchen Nutrition Story
I'm a NZ Registered Dietitian loving life on a farm just out of Masterton, Wairarapa. I was born here, lived and worked away, and now am lucky enough to be calling it home again.
In a small region, away from the options available in city centres, some turn to the internet or to programme-based delivery options that are developed not only outside of Wairarapa, but often outside of New Zealand!
I am HERE - I am not an unqualified social media influencer telling you to "eat like me" because "it works", I am not a prescribed programme produced for the masses. I am an evidence-based health practitioner, who wants to work with you to help you develop the eating pattern and lifestyle that is right for YOU. This is not "cookie-cutter" nutrition.
If this is important to you - then you're important to me.
